It's only thanks to this forum that I ever took the plunge and bought a Maserati... so thanks for bankrupting me, ya b@stards!!

Seriously, though, I'm a confirmed messageboard addict, and of the dozen or so covering all my interests (football, cars, cycling, motorsport, various bands) that I regularly contribute to this is by a long way the most friendly, helpful and downright enthusiastic I've ever come across. Long live SportsMaserati!!

Thank you all. Like a football club, it would be nothing without its supporters.

I feel we have a great blend of technical advice, event participation and humour to keep this old place entertaining enough without going too far (except Benny of course).

For any of the many lurkers out there, do sign in, do say hello and do get involved.

And any event virgins out there, make 2016 the year to attend, for me the 'mates club' at events is the single best part of the forum for me, your missing out.

The meets and social events are without doubt the highlight of this forum. Great to discuss cars amongst other subjects, but better to look at them and drive them!

+1, I've learnt a lot since I joined, mostly that owning a Maserati is likely to bankrupt me but I still can't resist
