5w40 or 10w60 for GS

Hello. My mech used 10w60 shell before. Now time to change. Shell or Selena 10w60 or Shell/Motul 5w40?

Well the recommended oil as you know is Shell Helix 5w40. TBF the oil struggles in hot temperatures and the pressure at idle falls. 10w60 will help cure this but I would only use it if the car is running in hot climates.

And Turkey is quite a hot country and I rev quite high so 10w60 for me

Selenia is 10% dearer, should I go for it anyway as I plan taking the car for tracking..
