Very debatable in my opinion. As James said, you might be buying a lifetime of hassle. Buyer beware.

....yeah...its not the fix sometimes but the never ending grief....having said that you could had it over to an indie for a fortnight and let them get on with it......but you will have had an indie inspection done so you know to a few 100 what the spend will be!
