3200GT Power Steering Hose

Hi All,
I'm a regular on the maseratiforum.co.uk but I'm told this is the best place for technical queries. I'm struggling bit with the search facility so apologies if this topic has been discussed before.
Does anyone know a UK location that can supply a replacement power steering hose for my 3200GT (manual)? Maranello ,Staines tell me they're "not available any more" and Eurospares don't have any in stock either. The hose I need runs from the pump to the rack (and is the shorter RHD version). I have tried a couple of local hydraulics suppliers but the unusual fittings at the ends flummox them. At the moment it looks as if I may need to bodge something together using the old fittings. I'm in west London.

Pirtek have made hoses up for cars on here as well.

I second Pirtek; we use them at work and they are very supportive

Take the hose to pirtek as above, if nothing else they should be able to make your hose up using your ends.

Used them loads of times on site - expensive to call out but should not be too bad if you can get to a local one.

I've used Think Automotive in Isleworth a few times over the years. They can supply or make pretty much anything hose related. Conveniently located if you're in West London as well.

Any decent hydraulic hose supplier should be able to re-use your existing ends.
I did just this on my Stag when I fitted tubular exhaust manifolds and the original PAS hoses were no longer suitable.

Did you find out what fittings you need? metric, JIC etc I have a tame independent hose guy that I use regularly through work who may be able to help. He'd need a hose (and any thread adaptors fitted to the rack/pump) as a pattern, but the guy usually does wonders. I'm also pretty friendly with the local Stauff agent, so may be able to match the fittings with them.

Now sorted, thanks for your help everyone. Found a JCB place in Stanwell and the conversation went thus :

"Can you make up a replacement for this PAS hose?"
"No problem."
"I like your attitude."
"I'll reuse the old ends and make a braided replacement. It will outlast the car."
"Great. When will it be ready?"
Today."
