am new here and this would be my second Italian in my stable, I just finished bringing a 2001 Alfa Spider to full glory and need another challange.
Have looked in detail at a 2001 3200GT with 113K kilometer on the clockk a neighbor bought a year ago but has not had the time to work on so now its my turn.
Inspected the car and fairly clean and now trying to figure out what I would need to pur into it for an offer. As the last service was in 2019 and only 1000Km drivien since then I figure I still need to plan for the cam belt and even the chains due to the KM and I am budgeting for the water pump just in case. I have a full stemped sevice book but no reciepts on what was done.
am aware the wishbones are a cost factor, looking under the car it is extreemly clean however the bushes are showing wear (particualrly rear) which may not get me TÜV (MOT in UK) .
The rear Bushes look the worst and I understand they are part of the whishbone and are sold as one piece (around 1200@) but i have seen powerflex bushes sold on line for the car. is this a doable option?
whishbones both front an back upper and lower look new, but due to sitting the bushes are going or gone. i attached photos for your opinion, never dlet with Maserati before, just Alfa, Porsche, and Brit cars.
have two more questions:

have two more questions:
- Have read a few posts but have not collected enough detail on Timing chains. It is about time will do this myself. has anyone done and that and what am I in for?
- in an attached Photo Is the baggy leather in the door normal or is this due to age or mosture?
