I don’t think it’ll fix it if it’s driving ok. Have a look at the flex plate for cracks, might be worth ruling out the starter motor too. When I had a torque converter lock up clutch failure it would judder when driving as you passed about 20-30mph.

Flex plate, is it part 23 you mean by that?

Yes it’s a thin steel disc that the torque converter bolts to.

Hi! I have now check and top up ATM fluid. Take the car on a long drive, works great an all gears. NO judder on any speed. But metallic sound on idle from converter but not so loude then its hot? So I have bought a secondhand coverter from ebay and Will try to change it soon. Hope it will fix this issue
