So it raises it's head again...Same dealer as before and same pictures....This has been doing the rounds for the last 3 years......Buyer beware as it would seem it is very badly repaired.......Shut lines not great around the lights.....If anyone is interested and very thorough inspection needed.......There has been a number of threads on this car over the years and as far back as the dark side as well I believe.

Hi guys... it looks like another UK AC has made its way down under... number 31 of 75 - black with auto...

http://www.tradingpost.com.au/Automotive/Used-Cars/AdNumber=D457802278322

as far as I can tell from the various lists of AC's going around, this one has not been spotted before...

does anyone know of this car?

Hi Robert,

A couple of us viewed this car a few months ago in a car yard in Bulleen (corner Maningham Rd & Greenaway St).

It looked a bit rough.

If Bill (the seller) is Max's brother, hopefully the car selling tactics are not something that runs in the family gene pool.

Enough said, but a good story when we catch up again.

Saw no. 13 last weekend; I am still feeling very sad.

Stephen.

thanks allandwf... I haven't been on the forum for months, so I'm a bit out of touch!

Stephen - thanks for the report on #31 - that has saved me having to go and look at it! Also... judging from your comments... were you were looking at it with "intent"??

Well, when it was in the yard in Manningham Road it was pretty much walking distance from home, so I took the eldest of the litter to have a Captain Cook.

But the obsession I have for Italian things in red with a pedal that keeps your left foot active is too hard to get over!
