Exactly that Davy, if faulty it is like someone is ever so slightly dabbing the brakes which is exactly what mine did and what the OPs does!

Yea but your not going to be dabbing the brakes at 75 on the motorway!

It has to be a engine ECU issue..

Why does it? If the phonic rings are worn or distorted I have heard that the brakes can be applied ever so slightly. It is a very strange affect this pulsing and is definitely a braking force and not a misfire or engine management interference.
