3200 Spark Plugs

So having changed the cambelt, I removed the spark plugs and have NGK PMR8B plugs
What is the correct gap, service schedule states replace every 20km, but these look new - aside form a bit of oil that was nestling in the bottom of the bore, should I be worried about that?)

For the investment of £80, I would pop in a set of new Denso Iridium plugs - they're a good improvement over the NGK in my opinion
