Is there one?

I know the tool kit has a towing eye to screw into the front (or at least I believe there is) but is there a similar point at the rear?

Did Maserati only ever imagine there cars would need towing ...

I have to say, I'm not likely to be towing anyone with mine any time soon. Aren't their regs about it as well, now?

Like you can't without 'proper' kit?

I assume you mean to tow the 3200? not tow with the 3200? Why would you want to tow it backwards?

It was only that it dawned on me I hadn't seen / noticed one and that being that I often park the car on a driveway facing forwards and is not the lightest of cars .......

If there was a problem it would be a nightmare to move, plus I would be worried about damage.

Most cars now have a screw in eye for the front so they can be towed. On the back they had either a push out panel in the bumper or a towing loop attached to the sub frame under the rear bumper. Current trend seems to be to leave the back one off altogether now as you needed a slight cut out in the bumper for the rope or bar not to catch the bumper of the towing car. Alfa 159 had this and I think audi still do. Renault seemed to have stopped having the rear tow loops and a few others. 3200 and 4200 rear valence would be too low so im fairly sure they dont have them either.
