3200 GT Small Drips of Water Started To Appear

I have small droplets of clear liquid coming from the front of the car, just under the front bumper, well the rear of the bumper.

The radiator at that i can see through the lower part of the bumper where the fog lights are (not the mesh grille) look wet.

Is this the main rad or the Air Con rad ?

I am 90% sure its not engine coolant as this has a blue colour to it and it certainly is not blue, which i why i think it could be aircon rad ?

My 911 had a similar thing happen, and it was one of the air con rads at the front.

Wanted to see if anybody knows where the aircon rads are on the 3200 ?

Many Thanks.

If the aircon condensor is leaking, the fluid (it's not water) within evaporates immediately.

Both rads at the front just behind the bumper but if you are seeing fluid there my guess is coolant. Air conditioning vent pipe just under where your feet are and constantly drips when on from condensing so if that far back then nothing to worry about.

I can only be one of the following Simon...

Windscreen washer fluid... hydraulic oil from the power steering system or like you say oil from the air con system

If you pull out the centre grille and take a look the air con rad is if I remember correctly is in front of the water radiator

Mine does that if the air con is on, its possibly just condensation, it can look quite scary. Middle of the car about a foot back or so from the front?

The Aircon drier sits upon the cooling duct of the intercooler in the right.
Could be that due to high humidity, the gas flowing back to the drier produces this condensed water.
But the cooler is also a known leaking point on the 3200.
They all start to leak after some time. And I'm not sure if the blue of the cooling liquid can be seen on a few drops.

there should be an undertray which covers the aux belts and all that and this diverts any fluid dripping back about a foot from the front of the bumper. SO the location of the drip does not narrow it down much. the AC hoses and condenser are all on the drivers side, so if its more under the drivers side wing it might be AC related. the front grill has oil cooler and main cooling rads as well as the AC radiator so you have a number of things which might leak. If its further back and coming from the engine then remember the turbos have water hoses, which do perish and harden with the heat. you need to try and spot the source really :)

I suppose first thing to check, Is it actually losing coolant? That will help narrow it down.

Those coolant hoses on the front tend to sweat, you should be able to smell any amount of leaking coolant I would have thought. put some white paper underneath and leave overnight?

Evening all and thanks for the advice.

I have tray under the front and i get about a teaspoon of liquid over 24 hours.

I got under the car this evening and there is a small rubber hose just under the radiator that seems to be where the liquid is coming from.

I can see the bottom of the radiator (not sure if its ac or cooling system) and it is wet and i can see evidence of rust on the bottom of the rad.

The liquid seems to be forming on the underside of the tray that looks to be protecting the radiator, lowest point i guess.

I am going to keep an eye on it this week, and then see if the coolant reservoir has dropped.

Many thanks

Update.

No drips/leaks for 24 hours and the area where the drips were coming from is dry.

Car has not been started since Sunday, so will start up tomorrow and see what happens.

Try it with aircon off and if OK, aircon on. I'm convinced it's condensation. Mine will drip away good style when up on the four poster at mot time.

Try again with aircon, I'm sure you will get drips. As long as header tank level not dropping I wouldn't anduly worry.
