3200 blowers stopped

FWIW when this happened to me I replaced the whole fuse block and after a year of working perfectly it threw a wobbly and melted again. Still could not find a particular problem, AC and heating all working fine. I rewired and replaced the contacts and it worked perfectly for 18 months and then melted again. When I replace it all again pretty sure there were no bad contacts new terminals and new fuse fitted a 40 Amps fuse and it has been fine since (about 2 years now). I freely admit there may be a problem here which I am ignoring. My only real option is to speculatively replace the AC and heater assembly and I am not that keen on that job as you can imagine.
The 30 amp fuse does not blow, it just gets hot. I replaced wiring contacts everything worked for 18 months and then got hot and melted, so it was not a bad joint just the current getting near the limit of the fuse making it hot but not high enough to blow it. Like I said a 40 amp fuse has cured it for the moment (stops the fuse melting). It could be the blower motor bearings or dirt in the blower motor, hard to say without stripping the whole thing. I kind of expected this problem to develop into a proper fault and blow the fuse or something to stop working but that has not happened.

The self diagnosis is showing error AA114?
Any thoughts?
I have had the same code and no one knows that one... the error E goes off as soon as the system starts and it works perfect... I suspect its one of the flaps.

I changed the temp sensor in the mirror, but it remained.

Thing is on self test if it can't 'see' the blower it won't work at all until the next restart. I'd check your continuity from the fuse through to the blower. Your terminals are bad, I wonder what the back side looks like :(
