Sainz dropping out with Appendicitis was something unplanned, anyone who had him will get transferred to the rookie Bearman who considering the time he had to practise did OK, imagine most saw the news and made any necessary changes given they were free ;)

Well plot just thickens. Max has a clause in his contract apparently to say if Helmut ever leaves he can as well. There must be so much tension in that team at the moment. Doesn’t stop Max winning though.

Max is super smug and super confident, he believes he will be able to win in any of the big teams so a release clause will allow him to move. He & his father want to make as much money as possible and sponsors want to back what they see as a golden cash cow.

Apparently Horner is concerned by this because currently Red Bull is fully focussed on Max and given that eventually he will move for more money there needs to be a plan B which is what the Verstappens are against hence the split.

Max isn’t going to win in any car other than a Red Bull. I don’t foresee any car other than a RB winning until 2026. If he thinks he can move to another team and still be WDC he’s sorely mistaken.

Agree, that if he leaves Red Bull he will not win and while I really do not like the guy I think he will always be faster than any team mate.

Another snoozer. At least we'll always have Lance's audio.

Yep, so boring I actually feel asleep. When I woke up no change. I also don’t like these night tracks so hoping to be more interested when the we see the day light. The first GP should always be Australia as well.

Love that table! I am sure it won't last but leading from my daughter in 2nd is a moment to cherish! 22 races left to mix that all up though!

Good work. Funny that you and your daughter are together as me and my two sons are all together as well at 7, 8 and 9.

I don't know about you Andy but we have no confering either. she is at Uni in Durham nearly 300 miles away. My youngest so remembered to make a selection this time so scored a few more points but will be for some stick when Easter holidays arrive!
