Love the colour combination Dicky..Still can not get used to that grill on the non GTS cars though...Has the touch of Hannibal Lecter about them...

Off topic, but how can the front spoiler on the aerial atom be road legal?
Leg slicer if ever I saw one!

It's an optional extra, I believe more for aesthetics than downforce, car's sold now. Gone this morning, took a Can Am Spyder in px if anyone's on the look out for such a mental machine.

Completely legal and as Dicky says...more aesthetics than function!
Atom is so aero challenged that the wings are questionable....front one adds weight over wheels though...which helps turn in etc. thus the Atom is all about acceleration....as opposed to ultra top speed.

If you think about it.....wing is no worse than...exposed wishbones......to a pedestrian.

fellas, if you ever get the chance.....there is nothing like it.....other than a high performance bike.....it is an incredible driving machine..one that any petrol head would appreciate.

I'll miss it.

Cheers Wattie

The car looks lovely Dicky, I toyed with one of these as the family daily but I dont think I could put it through all the B roads and kids abuse.

Nobody has asked the obvious question I am dying to know the answer to - how was the Atom to drive? Was it as mental as it looks and everything it promises on paper? Did it handle like it was magnetically held to the road?

Cheers
