    Locked Out

Release the EPB with the tool???? I know it can be done but I can't even get the cap opff the actuator there's so little room. Don't think they could have made it any more difficult if they had tried. What a stupid idea to have the release mechanism so inaccesible!

    Locked Out

Update: Managed to get into the car finally. Apparently lock/unlock sequence three times is the trick. Sadly I still have my EPB stuck on with no ABS or traction control. Feckin Italian cars!

    Locked Out

Quick update on being "locked out". Despite leaving battery disconnected overnight, the problem is still with me this morning. Fob clearly locking/unlocking as is the key but still unable to physically get in through either door. When unlocking, window comes down about an inch so something is...

    Locked Out

Sadly despite several lock/unlock blips with both the fob and the key, I still can't get into the car. When I unlock, the interior light goes on and the window comes down an inch or so, but no matter what I try with the buttons behiond the door handle, the door won't open. Utterly baffled now

I'd like to buy a Strad. Anyone selling a decent one for a good price

I've had people in the street ask me if I'm selling mine. No chance, this is a keeper, I'd let the 488 go before parting with it.

    Locked Out

Assume you mean the buttons on the inside of the exterior door handle? Tried that, no joy.

    Locked Out

Hoping someone can help. After washing the car I got an EPB warning as well as ABS and Antiskid. Read a few thoughts on this so disconnected battery for ten minutes. This seemed to reset the EPB and release it, but now I can't get into the car. Locks/Unlocks OK on the fob, likewise with the key...

With much regret, I am selling my 4200

Not at all strange, I also have a 488 and an MC Stradale but use the 4200 on nice sunny days in the winter when there is no salt down

With much regret, I am selling my 4200

Sorry, I don't. It was someone on here who put me on to him, and at the time I recall it was all very hush hush for some reason

With much regret, I am selling my 4200

Sad to say but the time has come to let someone else enjoy my 4200. As some will know I've spared no expense on this low mileage car - new discs, pads, factory recon calipers, race cat exhaust, 360 challenge stradale software, the list goes on. Very genuine car. If you want to know any more...

    Alternative service parts?

I have tried a search using the search routine but found very little, I'll need to have another dig and just trawl through

    Alternative service parts?

Are there decent alternatives for 4200 service parts - air and oil filters, plugs etc? Just been on Eurospares and can't believe the cost of parts.

    Stradale Engine Fault

    Who did that for you?

    Stradale Engine Fault

Am getting an intermittent fault light on my Strad, had GP take a look at it and they say it's the variable valve timing sensor. Anyone had this fault beofr and if so have you fixed it yourself or had a dealer do it and at what cost? Light is currently off, so it could simply be lack of use
