Could be a few things my first bet would be the four vacuum tubes at the back of the plenum - if they are not in their correct position it can cause merry **** from my experience when one of them broke off!

Is it picking up on your Audio system. If so then maybe an audio input cable has been re-routed too close to the pumps, or is picking up off the ignition system somehow. If you have a separate amp, turn down the amp gain so that your head unit has to be turned up higher for a given AMP sound...

Don't forget you'll need to recal the seats, climate control and the throttle pedal. The other things is the windows, easy to bash them or leave them open in the rain when there is no power.
