No OB. Susie said she barely noticed, as it was only a '4' and lasted 10s. Reminded her of her ex....
Apparently the epicentre was just outside Cottesmore, the village/RAF base just down the A1. It's the third significant earthquake near there in the last 10 months.

Morning all from a snowy Yorkshire!
Had to abandon the BMW this morning due to a lack of forward momentum.
Walked the kids to school, only to find only the teaching assistants, with no teaching staff, so expecting a call to pick them back up soon!
Typically the Mrs is in London for a few days on business, so its all down to daddy!

To be honest, the BMW is not too bad in the snow, especially if you turn the traction control 'partially' off.
With the normal traction control on, it cuts all the power too soon, turned off (one press) it allows a certain amount of slip, press it again and all traction control/stability control is totally off. It doesn't tell you that in the handbook and most modern BMW driver don't know.
Ideally winter tyres should be fitted but the company I work for are short sighted in this regard and being a company car, they don't want the expence of a second set of winter tyres. Even though while you are wearing out a set of winter tyres, the summer tyres are not being worn out.
So you just skid and slide away on summer tyres, and a day like today when its too slippery you stay at home, that costs the company money...

Hi All,
A belated good morning..!! Had good load of snow, now sunshine and it's gradually going, mad weather..!! Had my stock feed delivery cancelled this morning, I hope they catch up and deliver shortly..!! Since my ex stole my Jeep for spite, I have no vehicle to get any feed in this weather, but she can go shopping of course, stupid *****..!!
Take care in whatever you are doing, not too fast and watch for ice.!!

Will say that Liz looked at the pictures on FB and said that no one of the pictures you put up made her want to venture that way.........She doesn't like the cold..
