Perhaps Mrs W could look at a nice new garage while she's ideal at The Ideal Home show. For me an ideal home is one with a bloody great big heated garage. Which is something I don't have.

Funnily enough she is not adverse to me extending it - As I have my gym in there at the moment-Cant really make it wider though as its joined to next doors and in line with the rear of the house.
Follow Putin's example and extend you garage into your neighbour's house, to ensure their safety and freedom from tyranny. Imagine their joy at having your Maserati parked in their living room. They'll be quite appreciative of how much you care for their wellbeing.
Lol - I actually think my neighbour would be happy - up until recently he had a Gilbern which he had from new, he had stripped it and completly rebuilt on a number of occasions. Has a lathe and milling machine in his "extended garage" with which he used to make bits you could no longer get, Sadly he had to sell through ill health. I used to love hearing that start up and burble.
Great to meet you Steve...sorry I was a little busy but next time will take an hour or so off and we do lunch
Lashing it down... Got to go finish the self closing mechanism on the gate. I've made a weight and arms up so I can hang it in a plastic pipe so now kids are harmed.
Come on the reds!!Morning. Time to fix my glove box rattle and watch liverpool palace.
