Noodles with chicken & mushrooms
4 spring rolls
Plate of salad
Lamb rogan & rice
Noodles with prawns
Nan bread
Another plate of salad
Plate of fruit
Ice cream
Mouse & cheesecake

I don't think i will have my usual friday takeaway tonight

Well after initially putting on a couple of pounds I've now lost 5lb (or 7lb if you count the first +2lb) in just under a fortnight - there'll be nothing left of me by christmas..

Don't work yourself up to it too much, just in case the loss is not as much as you expect, it happens, you reach a plateau, then it starts to come off again, if you don't give in and think it's not working..!!

Been doing this for months now, but onto 6:1 version like the author. I started for long term health, rather than weight loss, but still shifted 10+ lbs and all my trousers fit better.
as has already been said, read the book, this is not really a weight loss plan. It is definitely NOT a fasting and feasting programme.
