Oh I like that *A LOT* Have you tried The Smokey? It's bloody great

I've not had a bottle of the Smokey in its latest guise, but went through some bottles of their Chapter 9 10+years ago after visiting the distillary. That one was VERY Smokey!

I remember poring one in my lounge, and my wife asking from the kitchen "can you smell bonfire?" :lol2:

I'll give the Smokey a try.

If you or Mrs Cat likes baileys type drinks, I'd highly recommend their 'Norfolk Nog' is delicious!

Also, enjoying their 'Popcorn' bottle too. Smooth and sweet.

Super. Ta. We're up there in November. Keep meaning to hit the distillery, but never quite make it.

Auchentoshan in a 'Bladerunner' glass.

Definitely in wind down mode. Seems like it's been a long year.

The local beer in this Saars region of Germany is Karlsbury but it is considered not as good as this:drink.jpg
- I can't confirm as I didn't compare - but the local wine was okay
