Under drivers seat what’s this little fella?

Took my mats fully out for the first time in a very long time today for a proper hoover, noticed a hole in the back of the drivers mat (OEM Maserati mats).

Noticed this little fella sticking out, what is it?

So exactly what it says on the tin, in case of accident or something press it and cuts off the fuel pump?

Other way round. It's the reset. The shock of the accident cuts the pump. Press that to reset.

oh thats where the bugger is, owners manual wasn't terribly clear
