As long as my car is back I'll be in it. If it's not back I might be ion hire depending on what it is, if it's a Fiat 500 I might not keep up!

Right, from trawling back through the thread drift on the difference between bread cakes, barms and stotties, those interested in this appear to be:
  1. Doohickey + 1
  2. FF1078
  3. mjheathcote
  4. DeeTee (pencilled)
  5. Lavazza
  6. MrMicks
  7. Mike X
  8. Lusso916
  9. D Walker
  10. Lozzer
  11. Wanderer

Appreciate this is subject to FF1078 having a car and Dave Walker knowing what country he is in!

Proposed route is as follows:

It's all on wider roads and takes in Buttertubs pass and the Ribblehead Viaduct but does involve some time on the A65/A59 which might be slow. The alternative is to go through Malham which is much more scenic and miss out most of the main road but that's nearly all on single tracks. Thoughts welcome. I'm thinking meeting at Leeming services at 10 for a 10.30 start which will probably mean getting to the pub around 1.30pm so I'm trying to book lunch for 2pm.

Can you therefore confirm if you are still on and if so, if you will be flying solo or +1 (or more) so I can get back to the pub. Anyone else interested feel free to add your name.

Cheers,

I can confirm that I’ll be in Denmark(unless I get sacked between now and then), buy my 2p worth,
I’d go Malham.

OK, just for clarification, when you say 'single track' do you mean 1 car width? Or just a regular country road where it's generally OK to pass oncoming traffic?

If the former, stick to main roads, if the latter, then I'm OK with that.

I live in the country, so I use narrow roads every day, but for a group run a very narrow road can be tedious if it's difficult with other road users. I'll trust to your judgement.

(A Granturismo isn't great on very narrow roads).

I’ve had my ‘pass-out’ so barring any curve balls, should be there....... flying solo, she just don’t get it!
BTW - it’s a ‘Cob’ obviously

It's a roll. That's all. A roll.
A teacake has fruit and spices in it.
A muffin can be a type of cupcake or a small flat thing
A bun is sweet
It might be a bap, but I really doubt it :D

I've now got the Devonshire Arms sorted but they can't sit us until 2.30pm so better have a decent breakfast! Lunch will be £26pp for two courses or £30pp for 3 on a slightly limited menu (4 choices per course).

I think we stick to the same departure time so that we allow for any holdups, photo stops, regrouping etc.
