X pipes

If only someone had a spare x-pipe for a GS knocking around so I could experiment some more!?....
I've often contemplated swapping my forum X-pipe for an H, and from memory you're not a million miles from me. Know anyone with a set of ramps?

(Shame I just spent ££ getting Emblem to stop it blowing...)

I wonder how many x / h pipes they have discovered that are blowing? Mine too

What about a switchable H/X pipe? I'd call it a Ж-pipe, or zh-pipe (Cyrillic character like the 's' in 'pleasure').

I like this response but not sure I fully understand it...

does it mean that an x-plane crank engine will naturally sound like the noise is coming in pulses, and like a rumble, rather than a scream? And that putting an h-pipe on such an engine amplifies the pulsiness (lumpiness), but putting an x-pipe tends to mix the streams and disguise the lumpiness?

Let me explain it another way...

The grass is always greener......!

I wish I did... will give it some thought. Where are you based?
