Worn window button, and surround plate?

Hi

One of the window buttons is a little bit worn and also the plate that surround the buttons is looking a bit tired (but then I can be pedantic about these things)

Just wondered if anyone had ever "refreshed" these areas of the car, and if so what did it involve

More difficult job....but again...thought someone did some work on it too....guys?

Need to do this job myself.......must check out price too...seems dearish
