Windscreen for 02 Spyder - desperately wanted

I've just noticed two internal cracks so, apparently, the windscreen needs replacing - part number 66664100. But as it has been discontinued with Maserati and the classic factory finding one is proving a serious challenge - so can anyone help please. The car is due to be romping round the Alps within three weeks............

Many thanks all for your comments - it's proving quite tricky to work out whether or not a coupe windscreen will fit or not - some says it does and some says it doesn't............

Have you tried David Askew? Remember, I gave you his details at that Blyton Park track day a few year ago? He will know the difference and hopefully have one tucked away in one of his stables

Scuderia fitment details say they are the same for 2005-2007. No idea why no earlier.

It'll be scratched and opaque in about 15 minutes IMHO.

Great for racing I suspect

With a suitable coating there is no need to use wipers. I have gtechniq on mine screen and rarely use the wipers. The higher the speed the faster it clears. If you try and clear desert sand then yes it will be toast in a short period.

Interesting but I suspect even the road grit and winter salt will make short work of it. I recall how fast I went through Lexan visors (no Gtechniq, granted)

Tempted to give it a try though. Which one, specifically?

Well I was sort of guessing Roary doesn't see salt. G1 is only for glass. 3 coats on windscreen and 1 on other glass. 1 coat on wiper blades. Not got this on the Strad yet. Just had a G4 polish can be machine or hand polished and then G5 repellant. There is a G6 also but not tried that.
