Yeah they seem to be a bit more advanced that then old sonicwall nsa's. Control centre for barra really great too for quickly rolling vpn settings about for hundreds of boxes at a time with zero down time.

I feel that when I have protected networks the best way possible and have all the tools/monitors/patches deployed there will still be a day someone gets in. It was a whole lot easier 30 years ago. I'm quite lucky in a way as my clients work on money is no object basis. Then you get others that turn noses up at a firewall for a couple of grand usualy the same ones that ventured to voip to save money then end up with a large toll fraud bill that would have paid for the firewall at the start. As you know alot of businesses now use 365. Which to me is great. But then releaxed misconfigured security on these platforms put them in trouble. As you can see from the image from a tenant I look after not many take security seriously. Microsoft have really come leaps and bounds the last couple of years due to trillions of daily security signals and telemetry data they have from the cloud platforms they run. But we all pray that today isnt the day it all falls apart :)
