Amazing value really. Can I just say again that now is a stonking time to buy a car. I mean really good time, like the best I've ever known for a great deal and stupid low prices. And anyone thinking of buying just do it.

Feels like the diesel could be a great daily drive now they are at this level.

They are also appearing in mainstream garages. Our Local Volvo dealer has a 2016 stickered at £26,000. Not sure what spec, but looked nice in dark blue.

Really enjoying my Petrol Ghibli as a daily.

2014, 19,000 on clock with Celtic tune to S power output. Looks like its worth more to me than anyone else. No problem.

Now, maybe a toy Spider or something for holidays....

If you think those prices are low you should see the prices they achieve at the auction houses.

Indeed. A £20k retail one will drop £15k easy enough over three years plus bushes, tyres, annual servicing on the diesel. Good value but not cheap.

Having recently changed from my 4200 to a Ghibli diesel, I can say it is a great car. Had the ECU remapped, and the power is brilliant. 310bhp. Fully loaded with extras, and a pleasure to drive daily.

That was how I thought until I bought my Jaguar XF 3.0 diesel but love it.
Silent at high speed and sounds good when you wind it up with a consistent 45 MPG what's not to like and the Ghibli would do the same.
What's not to like? Its a diesel, one step up from a tractor, two steps up from a horse and cart..horrible stuff....the fuel that fooled the world..
