Call me Daddy Crud ! :jpheart:

Playing with the hopes and dreams of a daughter, now gentle, now hard, rebuking and rewarding, chastising and forgiving. The pleasures of a father. Of a father of daughters. What greater power is there than that? Why should a man want more? Why should I yearn to be everybody's daddy?

The best series I have watched is The Wire. Other than that.. More votes for Luther & Westworld, both are great. Boardwalk Empire is good too. Currently 4 seasons into The Sopranos and really enjoying it.. struggling to think of any more.. To be fair most series' made by HBO are generally pretty good.

Mrs MLC and I often default to an episode of 'Lie to me ' Tim Roth plays this divorced cockney bloke with the ability to spot people telling porky pies. He's set up his own business with a female partner, younger male and female protégés. They often get into scrapes for the FBI etc. It's mildly watchable with the odd joke that us brits would get, like his WHU scarf and calling everyone 'love'.
His female business partner is played by Kelly Williams, who is easy on the eye.

The Man in the High Castle on Amazon is good if a little strange (it's based on a Philip K Dick novel). There's a QP1 in series 1 IIRC.

Luther, Line of Duty and Peaky Blinders also all well worth a watch. I think they're all on Netflix now.

I watched Man in the High Castle, chilling at times. I felt it fizzled out a bit in the third season but the first was very good. Their ability to get Juliana’s bum into most scenes was impressive :D
