I’m just having a beer. Then I may have a Brocmans gin in the tub. Seems to be a theme with my Father’s Day pressies.

Got a few of these of my neighbours son. I’ve been doing her garden. So thought I’d try this first.

Few cans of San Mig left over from the chicken.
A South Aus Shiraz with the BBQ then a Jurancon for dessert wine.

Then had a nap, and am considering what next......

it’s not unpleasant, but for an Exhibition wine it’s a bit flat.. smells nice, but no depth, no roundness, no real aftertaste

interestingly, after three days sitting in a half-empty bottle, the 2014 Chianti Classico has transformed! now it’s smooth, nice and soft, and much more enjoyable...

Maybe my lucks changing.
Walks into Vintage Cellars, selling this for $5 a bottle!!! Normally $25+
You can barely buy Pepsi for that nowadays.

Thanks VM.
It’s excellent - our kind of Chardonnay. 4 dozen purchased.

Last night’s music club album was Carter USM’s 30 Something. Most aptly titled accompaniment I could find in the cellar was this Spanish 72403Symphony.

Prosecco this evening as it's the first weekend of the month. I shall start with a V and T though :)
