Oh ok, no more Boxmas!

I think you’ll like this - one of my motivational gym videos by one of my favourite Ibiza DJs (Anna Tur).

No matter how fast I run towards the screen on the treadmill, I never seem to get closer!

This weeknd i’ve been predominantly Gaga.
Now I know you heavy metal lot will laugh.
Don’t care.
I’d forgotten what a voice and talent she is.

And a very good message, even for someone as old school as me.

She has a fantastic voice.....I though she was brilliant in a Star Is Born.....She did a good duet with Metallic once as well so all good in my book.

Makes me very jealous of all those that play an instrument....the singing is next level.

I recently discovered this little known instrumental gem by Deep Purple - don’t you love the internet! Great intuitive guitar solos by the master of rock guitar that is Richie Blackmore together with the genius organ play of organ legend Jon Lord. I could imagine listening to this in @Bebs garage or cigar lounge with a good malt after giving the Italian monsters a little Rev ;)

There’s a funny story attached to the recording - a BBC crew was filming and Richie, always a prankster, wanted to **** them off so every time they thought it was ending he’d carry on with a new riff…until the drummer, Ian Paice dropped his drumstick, you can actually hear his “aaaargh” right at the end

Brilliant....Big Pat Benatar fan.

Tenuous link time. My mums cousin was Pat Benetars producer for many years, Pete Coleman.
Went down in my estimation when he didn’t bother attending his own mother’s 100th birthday in north manchester 5 years ago. Lives in the states, but even so, not short of a few quid I’d guess.

Good news is she’s still around, 105 now!
