Not something many may benefit from, but it you need any graphic design work, from simple logos to complete branding, I'm in the process of opening an agency and can offer some pretty good SM discounts :)

Also if you want any facebook ads run, I've got some really preferential rates for people looking to build long term relationships.

I thought I would add to this thread.

Energy procurement.

Yes the thing that those who have their own business get badgered by sales people every day of the year to do your procurement.
Well one of my companies does it, and we are pretty good at it. We currently do the procurement a few members on here, and we do it at mates rates.
The way I look at it, energy procurement isn't the most taxing thing in the world, and the commissions that some companies charge are extortionate.

If I can help a fellow member out and save them a few quid, then why not.

This is strictly commercial stuff, for your home energy procurement go to Switch.com

We do everything from a car valeters, to manufacturing, to hotels, to schools, and everything in-between.

Drop me a message and I'll take a look for you. Even if you have a great rate at present, I'll let you know.
If you haven't we can do something about it for you.

Little reminder on Mortgages.
After travelling a lot I had it in the back of my mind to contact a few co’s re a change of correspondence address.
We’ve a buy to let Mortgage on our Bath property and I was aware it was expiring around nowish. (Most mortgages are 2-3 year deals.....then variable)

Trouble is time differences make it easy to put things off due to call timings etc.
Anyway, last night I finally got around to calling....address update via scanned letter and a discussion on another mortgage option......it actually expired Sept.

Cut a long story short 5,75% current,
3% new!!!! (ipswich BS)
Nearly half price!!!!

So if you have been with a mortgage company for a while, you maybe able to save hundreds each month with a simple phone call.

Check your mortgage and see if you can switch, without penalty.....a simple call saved us £400 Per Month or around Aud$750 each month.

Small Beer money to some, lots of eyelash, Botox, nip and tuck, collagen money for us.

Ps if you make a saving, post it here.

Yep. On main residences, can get rates mid 1%s so worth switching if you're on a variable. A broker may be able to get rates not on the open market too.

Mid 1%, not long till they’re paying you then.
Think about it.

Resurrection!
A lot of new members over the years that may have services to offer.....

Any Mortgage brokers ?
Need to re-mortgage one of our BTL, and after several years of sorting them out ourselves, the cheapest deals at the moment seem to be needing a broker to access them.
There are plenty of online ones linked from the mortgages on the comparison sites, which might be just as easy, but thought I'd ask here anyway.
