I purchased a foxwell nt510 pro scanner from diagnostic world which clearly stated in the advert resets service warning lights aswell as all other full scan functions on the Maserati range however after many unsuccessful attempts I contacted foxwell who have confirmed the nt510 pro cannot reset lights , I contacted diagnostic world but there not interested however they have now removed this item from there website . steer clear of foxwell 510 if you want to reset service lights.

Where are they based? Did you pay with your credit card, if so call them up and get your money back

I will have to check that , the actually scanner is very good but it just does not do as they say it does , it will scan the various systems like abs , air bag etc so I will probably keep it anyway but wanted to warn others incase they buy one expecting to be able to reset the service spanner light

As the cars get older, reseting the air bag light due to failed switches etc is a wish at reasonable cost.
There is the guy on YouTube (ratarossa) messing with Ferrari's using an android tablet/Bluetooth dongle, would be interesting as to its capabilities.

Diagnostic World got me too and just ignored my attempt to contact them. Would happily have sent it back and paid more for one that would do the job!

I got a FOXWELL NT650 and its no better than a $15.00 OBD tool for the 2002 MASERATI COUPE. It may be better for the newer cars . I find it surprising that someone hasn't come up with something for the older cars, AIRBAG at least, as they are all starting to give trouble now. Maybe they think there arn't enough old cars left.

I bought the NT620pro with Maserati configuration and am impressed with it.
