Really happy to join the group. Picked up a 2008 GT with 54k on it a few days ago and loving it, still feeling my way a bit but the power is amazing.

If you floor it on a straight road, do you have the feeling of having to hang on for dear life?
Its intoxicating, isn't it :welcome1:
Photos are mandatory, I'm afraid. Otherwise, wicked SportsMaserati elves will ninja into your garage and swap your new beloved for a Skoda Estelle. Remember those? Not quite the same set of physical sensations

Seriously. Welcome. As Chris said, not many of us in these parts. Who knows. If a few more owners pop up, we might have enough for a game of Bridge ;)

If he is lucky it may be an 1986 Rapid!

Actually another black GT was on the road to Belfast with me yesterday. I wonder how many there are in NI.

I used to like silver and I've completely gone off it of late. As a response to silver being fashionable a few years back and silver cars being everywhere. Like white is now.
I think I must be wired to be forever going against the flow of current opinion.
That said. I would have the GT in silver. I don't think there's a factory colour that I've seen, that I find objectionable.
[Maserati will be so pleased to hear that]
I love the interior. Which is fortunate, as its the one I have.
The car looks immaculate Phil. Whoever had it before you, either put very few miles on, or spent enough to keep it looking factory fresh. Really looking forward to seeing it in the flesh, if we ever manage to have a get together on this side of the pond.

Yeah it would be great to meet up when things get a bit more sensible. If you’d asked we a month ago I would have laughed at buying a silver car but I’m really happy with this colour combo. It’s a classic mix.
BTW saw another white GT in Bangor today, they must be multiplying.

Chris where do you get work done on your car, is there an independent Maserati mechanic around.
