Anything built since 2016 will be Euro5 for petrol and Euro6 for soot chucked and therefore ULEZ compliant.

Totally ignored the fact that the C90 does 100 + mpg and doesn’t create traffic jams or parking congestion....

agreed, isn't it funny that labour were the ones that were pushing environmentally friendly diesel cars and now they are penalising the very same car owners years later, I personally think khans a muppet

It didn't help that the car companies (most, if not all, of them and not just VW) were fraudulently producing results of what diesel cars could offer over petrol cars in terms of economy and emissions.

Policy decisions will always be shown to be poor if based upon skewed and inaccurate information.

It's as if good decision making can only be achieved by a well informed decision maker.

Why do you think supercars are ULEZ exempt?

And where do you think those 40 cargo ships a day are actually docking?

My 5.0 mustang is ULEZ exempt so I doubt a Saudi registered Lamborghini will be paying any charges as they're unlikely to be on the anpr system

I expect ships to be going to one of these places , which all seem to be in or around London, unsurprisingly

The Port of London today comprises over 70 independently owned terminals and port facilities, directly employing over 30,000 people.[13] These are mainly concentrated at Purfleet (with the world's largest margarine works), Thurrock, Tilbury (the Port's current main container facility), London Gateway, Coryton and Canvey Island in Essex, Dartford and Northfleet in Kent, and Greenwich, Silvertown, Barking, Dagenham and Erith in Greater London.

Like the BBC, that went to Salford - sort of and they all hated it and want to move back
They did go to a place formerly known as Ordsall, the London equivalent of the Isle of Dogs, a very rough area, now gentrified with the Lowry Museum. Yet so different a place from the ones he painted. Ironic

Very little is going to Silvertown, Greenwich etc, the vast majority will be Thurrock and further out, most notably London Gateway which is some 30 miles away from central London.

They are London ports in the same way that Lydd, near Dungeness on the south Kent coast is London Ashford airport.
