Michelin everytime for me!. I would never fit Pirellis ever again after the tyres started cracking between the tread blocks after just 2 years and 7000 miles. They still had 5mm of tread on them before I had to get rid. They seem to be very susceptible to the rubber pershing if you dont use the car as a daily. Michelin dont suffer this problem from my experience.

I’ll be moving across to PS4s when my Goodyears F1 A2s wear out. Pirelli’s are sh!t when their temp is out of the narrow window they operate best in. Last October I was out with a mate in a Mac 650S running PZeros and I was in my BM 335D, and it was embarrassing for him; I went past him on a long straight and then I had to keep waiting for him to catch up. He said it was like driving on ice. By the time they got up to temp we were on our way home. The main reason that manufacturers recommend them is because Pirelli virtually give them away so they get put in the owners manual.

I can't find 245/40/19 PS4S's for QP5 fronts on F1 Autocentre site, only have PS4. As I already have a new PS4S on the front (had a puncture 300 miles ago) I don't want to mis-match.
