I've always found them excellent in the wet!
Not immune to a little bit of aquaplaning, but that is down to the width of the tyre more than the tyre itself. Wet grip and stopping is very good.

They certainly review much more favourably than good ol' PZeros!

I was planning on getting Goodyears for my QPV, but I'm a bit confused about the different ones.

The Goodyear site says that the choice is:
  • Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 - The ultra high-performance tyre that delivers shorter braking distances when it matters most
  • Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 - The New performance tire that delivers you shorter braking distances on wet and dry roads so that you are in control and ready to enjoy the journey

But Blackcircles is offering me:
Rear:
  • Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 - 285/35 R19 Y (99)
Front:
  • Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 - 245/40 R19 Y (98)
or
  • Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric - 245/40 R19 Y (98)

I'm thinking I don't want to mix '2' and '3', but what about ' '? Any thoughts?

Also, annoyingly most websites don't seem to be able to sensibly handle different sizes on front and rear. Tyres-on-the-drive says that it does, but when you click through, you don't seem to get the choices, it just defaults to one size or the other.

AND, every site seems to think that my Reg. should have 18 or 20 rims, when I actually have 19.

Grrrr!

Oh, and NOBODY seems to stock Michelin PS4S, just PS4

Could be a size thing. I've been looking for tyres for the 4200 in (what I hope are) standard 4200 sizes (235/40/18 and 265/35/18).
PS4S aren't available in 18s, I think you only get them in 19 inch GS sizes.

I must admit, I'm looking at the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 at approx £420 for a set plus fitting are looking like nice value imo.

For the front / rear tyres, I just open 2 tabs in my browser and run 2 searches. Not ideal I admit.

Edit: just noticed you are running 19s, perhaps they are only in very specific sizes then..

If anyone finds them in 235/40-R18...?

I have Michelin Pilot Sport 4s on mine. Costco are doing a deal at the moment £118 each with £80 off if you buy 4 and £40 off if you buy 2.
