I have the rather too common TPMS control unit failure on my ‘08 QPV GTS.
Not a big deal just replace the unit you say, well it seems Maserati wants to make life more difficult. I’m told by my workshop that the part is no longer available to order. Instead you have to remove the unit and send it to a main dealer who will return it to Italy for a six week turnaround.
As my workshop has pointed out, the car will not be happy with the control unit removed. Expect a dashboard Xmas tree.
So does anyone know of a control unit (part no 235303) that I can get my hands on? Even one that has failed that I can use as an exchange unit.
