I only had one last week. Why do you think they aren’t available ? Fry’s Turkish Delight is actually Cadbury’s and Cadbury also do a Dairy Milk Turkish delight as well now.
Did you? The full size bar? They stopped them here along with Olde Jamaica and a few others… available in Oz and Ireland.. not the Fry’s version,

Yes, Cadbury one although I prefer the Fry’s one but Fry’s is the same company anyway. Think I got it from Budgens.

Love anything chocolate. I'll eat it until it gives me a headache and then just carry on. Bounty has to be plain.
Really loved sherbet fountains as a kid, don't know if you can still get them now.

Wham bars, space dust, kola kubes (by the quarter) and cola bottles.

My next door neighbour was a newsagents, Pete Dyson, legendary in Davyhulme. Drove an R107 SL , I still remember his reg, 5PPD. Had a fit daughter, 10 years older than me, she drove a Spitfire. Ahhh sweet memories...

We can get the Frys Turkish delight here although can't remember if it is still Frys, Mrs Z loves the stuff and the kids always buy her some stuff for her birthday in Oct.

On the subject of Frys these were my favourites Plain & Milk chocolate sandwich

if we are moving away from chocolate ….Sherbet lemons but these days there is no where near as much sherbet in them…….I also love and I mean live Wagin wheels but they are smaller these days or maybe it is because my hands are bigger then when I was a child. Have to be jam ones.

Use to love Wagon Wheels and the kids do now but agree I am sure they are smaller and also they now seem to be made of cardboard

Had many Dutch friends growing up and they procured their wonderful double salted licorice - "drop", and a rather delicious powder that came in little sachets called "black and white". Also used to munch through many "sour plumbs" which are an oriental delicacy. None of these were sweet though!
