OK Nikos, if you don't want to drive all that way :battered: then fly out to meet me and ride with me, I will even let you park the car if you are good..!!
I could pick you up from say London Stansted, or Luton (Easyjet), or even one of the Paris Airports, you can enjoy the drive down and back and enjoy the Centenary itself..!! Once In A Lifetime Experience..?? Or I can pick you up from say Bologna (Easyjet), or you can just taxi in, loads of options..!!

Can I confirm;

Are refurbished wishbones available? If so from who? And how much

Who is the supplier for the tie-rods - how much?

Can these be fitted at a local garage or is it a specialist job?

Thanks.

Felice is looking at refurbishing wishbones for me. He has one, and I'll see if he's made any progress next week.
Craig Waterman has made some tie rods. Not sure if he has any left. Also can't recall how much. Craig's are well over engineered. It's possible to simply replace the rose joint at the end of the rod for a more standard solution (which is slightly cheaper).
Any local garage should be able to fit, but you'll probably need a tracking job whoever does it. In *theory* you shouldn't, but....

Cheers Chris.

MOT adviced slight play in tie rod but Emblem belive its the wishbone...over a grand fitted.

Peter *if* Craig still has some tie rods and if you (or Zep) want to go down that route, it's not beyond the grounds of possibility that I can pick them up and save shipping. I'm in Boston on the 1st September, and keep meaning to by Craig a beer or three.

Time will be tight, though.

Hi guys sorry I haven't been following the thread as much as I used to. Also I don't get notified when people PM me. A total kit ship to anywhere in the UK is $235 USD. I've sold quite a few of these kits, I run them on my car as well. I haven't had one person who's car wasn't improved with them yet.......I take that back there was one gentleman that wasn't mechanically inclined that tried to install them, and like anything else when your not mechanically inclined messing with cars it didn't go well. Otherwise, I've installed them, had them aligned, and never looked back. I think I've sold close to 40 now and everyone else says the same thing as Benny. The handling is next to perfect in the rear of the car whereas before, with just a little bit of play when you get to spirited driving the butt end of the car wants to drive on it's own. Let me know if I can help in any way. I will try and come over more often to search these threads. I've been a bit bummed over the Actuator in my car, and have other projects I'm working on like this Hemi going in a 2500 series Ram...............

Here's what happens when you drop a valve driving down the street:

Wrist pin is still attached, the piston back drafted into the intake, the rest was in the oil pan.

@Aredes absolutely I can send them anywhere in the world pretty much.
@Fair2 (Robert) I checked the PM and I didn't receive it, not surprising but I didn't. Please try again. I'm going to check all my settings again to make sure it's not just me.
@Phil, brother, it's funny, is it me or does everything turn into a major project? I do have to admit I enjoy most of it, not all of it, not always the frustration of mechanically welded parts, or unforeseen broken parts, but when it's finished....it's a reward in itself.

Thanks Craig, I have got hold of the SKF bearings this time, but I will be talking to you about it if I have the problem again. I looked at the thread and the kit looks great.
