In those videos your RPM dial seems to have a slightly jerky movement - Worth double checking that it's accurate as per Davy's suggestion.

I didn't yet, but when connected trough eobd, I'm getting similar results. The sensor will be next to check. Not sure how to yet, but will figure out something.

When driving it doesn't looks that bad. And what's important, after throttle body got cleaned, the P0221 never came back, so that's a big improvement already..
As I mentioned earlier, both non return valves on the oil vapour recovery system are removed, what do you think about that?

Get the TB to Mike Roberts for a contactless rebuild. It will drive fine after that.

It is contactless already. If that is the problem, it will be electronics. Mechanically it looks fine.
