I was seriously considering the V10 M6 before buying my 4200, can be had for £20k. Fantastic drive, but I decided it was not special enough for a second car especially when driving a BMW for everyday business usage.

To be honest i think that is the most boring car BMW have made unless it is an M6. I went in a 630I once and thought it was so boring, nothing about it, especially as it would have cost around 45k new.

No i wont buy a 6 out of those 2......

People that buy these cars have finance on them and the bm will always work out a better deal thats why many will go for it....better depreciation.....

yes BMW have always offered a good apr rate, a lot of the BMW's my parents had were finance.

They value the bmw at 30k in 3 years so the payments are lower

Maserati is dearer to buy new and 40k in 3 years.....

Business men that buy these cars get the bmw as its better for tax reasons....

Love the 6!!

Me to Dem.....Boring is not a woed I would use to desricbe a 4.5 V8 BMW and the one Mad Chris had was brilliant...He took me out in it and it handled brilliantly for such a big car, sounded great and went like the clappers....certainly not boring to look at either...........The new 6 has looks better and is a bit easier on the eye but as I understand from reviews a bit less involving.......
