Then there's this, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Maserati-R8871134003-Mens-GT-Chronograph-Wristwatch/264056056831?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 for the obvious reason, but are they any good? or are you just getting something very naff dressed up because of the Maser connection?
I have a Maserati Potenza automatic and love the skeleton style with the , but the movement in it is just a Chinese Seagull movement, so certainly nothing special. They retail for about £350 new so you won’t be getting a Swiss ETA etc movement for that price. Buy for looks only!

The movement is a Hattori, which is part of Seiko. Essentially a basic spec quartz movement which should be as reliable as everything Seiko make is. Very easy for a watch repairer to get hold of a new movement for about £30 if there is a problem in the future.

There are probably cheaper ways of getting a similar looking watch with the same/similar movement, but if practical logic drove our watch decisions we’d all be wearing £10 Casios (and driving Fiestas).

If you like it, why not go for it?

Do like a Cartier. Always have my eyes open for a Panthere to match Mrs C's

That Jaguar Breitling. What model is it? Aerospace I guess? Must be quite old, or they removed the certification when they did the custom work.

Hey catmanV2, Yes it’s an Aerospace and was the last one made (only 25 in series) to mark the end of the Jag around 2006.

Did you fly Jags, or do you just like the aircraft? I see a set of 41 Sqn links in there; a good mate of mine flew Jags on 41.

Hi BennyD, I used to be an Avionics Engineer on both 6 Sqn and then 41(F).

We're you a Jag pilot by any chance? You may recognise these on a set of cufflinks that I have... View attachment 69941

Nice, may have to look out for a set of those.

Sea Urchin Pate?

Seems random to me, so equally random, I was introduced to sea urchin by the Italian cast of a TV series based on ER when having lunch at Blacks restaurant on the beach in Positano . I thought oysters were an acquired taste but sea urchins are on a whole different level!

That‘s Conaero having a bit of fun at my expense. However, if/when you meet him you’ll realise there is a whole new level way beyond sea urchin!
