Right, Gites rebooked, hotel in Bernay rebooked, have emailed the ferry company to request date change (we will have to see what happens here) and the race tickets will not be a problem as I have not paid them till we got clarification.

Classics has been cancelled also I am hearing.

We have 4 spaces (2 cars) so stick your name down here if its of interest.

Top job, Matt! Usual Tuesday before to Monday after kind of gig?

My annual industry junket in Amsterdam is immediately prior. I may head straight south from there. Or maybe we could start in the Netherlands this year..? Amtserdam will be packed and with no hotels available but other cities will be pretty good.

By the way, are we going in June as well? I can easily imagine us all still being a bit locked in. Christ, I'll need my annual trip to the SM re-tox clinic with you lot by then!

Given LMC is only 3 weeks later, I think it is inevitable that this will also be pushed back or cancelled ....

Was going to book off leave for this week but already have it booked. I think I was going to do a train trip or something...

And then I thought whilst in France, why not head further south for another classic 24 hour race, the Bol D'or. But they are currently on the same day!

They may shift it as not to clash with the 24, that would obviously damage attendance.

UPDATE:

New ferry bookings:
15/09/20 Portsmouth 08:15 > Caen 15:00
21/09/20 Caen 16:30 > Portsmouth 21:15

All previous bookings have been moved to this new date and I make the assumption that all on the list are coming. I have not been contacted by anyone to say they cannot make the new dates thus far.
