Lots mate, that's why we love it. It's more about the drive down than the race. Is there a race? :D

Does look bloody good fun but I dont think my liver or stomach acid could cope

There's no mandate to drink to excess. At least one person has in the past survived an entirely dry trip observing the failures and embarrassments of friends along the way. The fact is, there's a lot of driving as well so this naturally limits the tendency to get messy. Well, for some evenings at least.

I'm recently returned from a weeks rugby tour to Buenos Aires, and as with any such trip, it's not possible to go dry. And as there's no driving, there are no natural limits to getting messy. So we visited a bar regularly listed in the Worlds top 20. If the judges had visited the night we did, I'm not sure it would have made the top 2000!

Maybe next spring I look to come with you lot to Le Mans, and give the rugby trip a miss. (Note to self - to say that shows I must be getting old.)

Went day on, day off this Le Mans and it worked really well as I didn’t have that weird light headed feeling when I got back.

Also I’ve been taking Gaviscon and a pint of water before bed and it seems to work...kill the acid, kill the hangover. Only taken me 35 years to work it out.
