Fulvia washed in the drizzle, then back in the garage for towel off - already to go. Just need my co-driver to finish work

Weather here in La Chartre 25 miles south of the circuit is dry and brighish. However, it's been wet and cold last few days and more rain expected today and tomorrow, but dry and warming up from Thurs right thru the weekend so a dry race I think.

Getting ready in the village for arrival of AM CEO Andy Palmer for dinner on Thurs eve at the hotel, where he will hand over keys to the 24 lucky owners of the new DBS Superleggera 59 limited edition cars in the presence of an original 1959 DBR1. They will do a lap of the full circuit on Sat morning in their new cars.

Have fun everyone and I think I will see a few of you blasting up and down the main drag in Arnage as usual Friday lunchtime where I dine at the "Cloche" restaurant.

Now that's exciting...Saw a picture of all those lovely DBS ready to go on Facebook. Lucky owners.

2.58AM impressive Matt....Can say I've seen 2.58AM for many years. Sounds like a great SM turnout and event. Enjoy.

This my first trip to the 24hours and the first trip with SM - I have to say it’s been awesome so far.

The racing is a real spectacle and the night racing is out of this world - we were there till about 3am.

If you have not been before - put it on your todo list!
