No as only the UK in the whole of the EU has registered keeper liability, all other EU countries do it the other way so unless stopped at the side of the road and the driver is identified there is no come back so we are the muppets! EU legislation is such that keeper information is shared throughout the EU. There is no guarantee that even after Brexit this will be revoked but I bloody hope so!

Talking to a friend of mine who organises bike (of the motor variety) tours around Europe, and as he came back through France the other week was warned that Le plod were targeting back roads, as the yellow jackets have burned a lot of the fixed cameras, thet are desperate to get some cash coming in, some people have even been done from the air, (drone or helicopter, not sure which), and they have up to a year to issue tickets.
