The Low Loader Thread

Technically the owner claims of their insurance and their insurance clams for the insurance company with ultimate responsibility, so from an owners point of view it won’t make many difference.
I wonder what happens that we don't know about.
If the insurance is agreed value, whoever is at fault if a total loss, they get the agreed value.
But if the fault is the third party, does the third party insurance just stump up what is being claimed against them?
...is there discussion we aren't paying that, its only worth X even if you have agreed a value of Y?

I don’t believe so, reality is the owners will claim off their own insurance and be paid out accordingly, the insurance companies and underwriters will sort out the detail behind the scenes.

Hope it's back with you soon...think you came past in the QP this PM... Charlie said that sounds nice as you entered the 50mph zone and planted it.

They are busy and one mechanic is on holiday. If it was just 'fit a new hose' then they would squeeze me in, I'm sure, but I want to give them time to investigate and think. I'm not in a hurry.
Certainly wants investigating properly so that you don't end up stranded again.
Is it under a warranty by any chance ?
