The Low Loader Thread

...no pic (per my usual), but 19F was driving around on underinflated & balding tires/tyres/inner tubes and one gave up the ghost three days before she was planning to have the car re-shod. And of course, no jack or spare...and it's a 2013 Hyundai with a salvage title to boot. So the forces were mobilized...four Chinese tires ordered at 12:30p; car retrieved by a friend with a tow truck at 2:30p; and back on the road at 4:30p for a whopping $534 US.

Difficult to understand what happened but one clip shows the other vehicles involved and it may bee that all the classics were on a transporter that turned over.
Very sad to see, but that Dino rear quarter looked to have a decent amount of filler already.
I was going to ask if the rear quarter of a Dino is fibreglass, like a Reliant Robin...

Thats going to be an interesting insurance claim.
How do you go one, if the Dino is an agreed value but the claim is with the transport company?

Technically the owner claims of their insurance and their insurance clams for the insurance company with ultimate responsibility, so from an owners point of view it won’t make many difference.
