The old hound has fatty lumps all over, he has had them growing for probably 8-years of his 11 but tests on the early ones said they were benign. This was something different, right on the front edge of the ear, it started like a pimple and grease slowly to begin with but in the last couple of months it rocketed and went from pea to golf ball and was weepy because the skin was so stretched. Anyway he is back in the game sporting a fashionable shave on one side!

Morning all, I burn the motor out on my 130ton press on site yesterday! So instead of heading to Wales today I’ll mostly be seeing if I can rebuild it or if I need to spend €700 on a new one from Holland that will take at least 2-weeks to get here!

Have fun all…
Clearly it's not just people who can't keep up with you but machines too... You'd probably wear out the terminator too.

Good morning everyone, late shift today so leisurely start to the day, so much better than the 5am dark start. At least I get to see daylight going into work.

Have fun...

Morning all. More of the same today, and to evaluate a project in San Diego that may just require a site visit in January.
Which will be nice as it's about 25 degrees C then.

Good Thursday...night. Yeah, it's been one of those days. I wish I could vent publicly...

All that said, I guess a tilt-a-whirl is better than a merry-go-round. At least I got to put il Mostro through his paces today...smoking tires into fourth gear is wonderful therapy.

'night, all, sleep tight; probably three to four more hours of typee-typee to go tonight here.

Morning all, off to Wales it is then, there and back and a days work to do. Thankfully a friend was able to help me fix the press, I’d melted the relay on the pump motor! Got a 500a replacement on its way but need the fix to work for me today.

Have fun all…

Morning, all. Up and at it early today. Unfortunately my workspace, whilst comfortable and undeniably very lovely, is home to two noisy and stubborn distractions.

The small one has already learned that a) it's head fits neatly inside my coffee cup, and b) it doesn't like coffee.

Morning. PT in a very cold garage shortly. Then WFH this morning followed by getting my ears dynamited later. So music all round. Dinner out tonight. Sounds like a busy day

Morning all WFH this morning and then last coat of paint on the Christmas tree holder before we go to the forest to get the big tree tomorrow, although not sure how we will go about getting up with my arms still not working as they should. Christmas decs out of the loft so a light check today just in case we need to replace any

Busy day today but mainly video calls and admin as I am working from home.

Will have to start planning for Christmas, but for us, decorations and tree will not go up for a week or so and even thethings will be toned down a little as we face the first Christmas following a recent family bereavement.

Enjoy the start of the weekend when it arrives later.

Morning all. Half day for me today. Of to lunch with Alex, Sophia and some friends then that's it for the week.

Christmas tree went up yesterday. First mince pie was consumed (and with a bottle of red!).

I guess it's the season to be jolly! Just have to watch Die Hard and then I'm ready for Christmas.

A lot of you start with the while Christmas blah blah far too early. Mid-Dec, earliest, and as my house is currently uninhabitable I can see this pushing out easily until the last few days before the big red jolly chap hoves into view.

Our outside lights will go up tomorrow, then that's it until the 17th.

If I am taking the time to get the stuff from the loft and spend all the time putting it up and want to look at it more to a just a week or two. Plus I LOVE IT.
