Morning, all. That London today. First of the business socials for about 2.5 years. This might be a bad idea.

Have a good one, all

Morning all (just clocked off).
the QP gone to local garage to swap wheels so will get it back with the bling new Fezza Portofino rims.
Assuming it passes the MOT. Should I just pack the new rear disks and handbrake shoes already?

I need to swap the wheels today - what do they charge you?

Morning all.
Off to Glasgow today to visit some recent acquisitions and out to dinner later with someone I would love to do a deal with.
Planning to make a night of it after business is concluded,

Top of the morning from a sunny but soon to be stormy Cape. New cases at a low (only 60 yesterday for the Cape) but Jo’burg area is already ramping up for the 4th wave which will undoubtedly arrive here too. Coffee and then some odds and ends before SA shuts down for the summer holidays.

Dunno yet but often £10-15 per wheel for tyre swap on loose wheel. Maybe £10 per corner to swap the wheels? I’ll be happy with under a ton for my job.
yours might cost £40? Any friendly shop might do it for nothing. Try kwik fit and their free brake check. Instead of original fit your winter wheels ;)
I will do it for nothing , maybe bring me coffee & donut?

Morning all, From the West End last night, I'm off to St. Albans now for another meeting then Hatfield later inspecting. Wheel swap, my man would be embarrassed to charge me £20.

Have fun all...

Morning, all. Like l'homme de chat, off to London today. Haircut, calls and then an industry awards dinner thing tonight. Then a hotel. Should be fun. At the very least it'll make a change. I've even hoovered my suit and a shirt in readiness. Took me a while to find the buggers. I'd forgotten I had a quite new decent suit and also found a pretty new and hardly used pair of shoes that date back to BC (Before COVID).

Happy Thursday, everyone!

Hello rabble!
It's a pretty morning out there, but I'm happy to be curled up with my cuppa indoors with the stereo on for now.
Probably a busy day, but hopefully constructive. Failing that, so long as the house smells good when the bread bakes later.
HapPea Thursday! xXx

Morning all. Back in the office after a visit to the NEC yesterday. 380 miles in a day. Haven't done that kind of mileage since BC (I'll use that @Felonious Crud ).
And quite frankly I haven't missed it. The standard of driving on motorways these days is appalling!
